Barbara works with men and women assisting them in learning how to create a life that they love. Challenges such as losing or changing jobs, moving to a new home or location, having children who have grown up and left home, going through a separation or divorce, having health challenges, or a spiritual crisis, can turn a person's life upside down.
Helping to restore the necessary balance and harmony in a creative way, and assisting the client in acquiring the skills necessary to understand what is working in their life and what needs to be changed, and how to create these changes, is the focus of Barbara's work.
